Hi! My name is Mel Walia. I have been in the real estate industry since 1997. Starting off as a fresh faced negotiator after graduating with a Degree in Economics, I am now the Assistant Manager at Dukes Agencies (Estb. 1982) ; a registered real estate firm in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Hi Mel,
My partner and I have been looking for a place for awhile now and hope you can help! We’ve been looking at apartments in Bangsar Heights, but nothing has been suitable so far and we’d like to have a look at the condos in Taman TAR (preferably Menara Mutiara). We’re looking for something somewhere green with around 1000sf or more
and a balcony.
