Menara Kayangan, Taman TAR
Good day friends,
Some of you would like to stay in a condo but do not like the layout of a condo with it’s straightforward design, in other words it’s not like a house.
Well fret not, what we have is a condo in Taman TAR, Ampang called Menara Kayangan which offers a house-like experience. It has 3 levels with the living hall and rooms on each level. This creates compartments so that the family doesn’t get into each others faces, you know what I mean.
The unit available is 1,866 sf (very spacious). It has 3+1 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It has brand new bathrooms and kitchen and laminated flooring on the upper floors. The unit is a must see.
The unit has lots of natural light, located on the higher floors and has a scenic view of the KDE golf course. Price is RM650k neg.

Sorry I do not have the interior pictures.
There are no facilities at Menara Kayangan. Most of the residents buy a membership at KDE & use the facilities over there.
