  1. Hi there! I am considering a possible purchase in Ken Damansara 1 and was wondering if you could fill me in on how well the building is managed so far. If im not mistaken the building is about 5 years old and i have viewed a unit there and it looks alright internally and externally. Would appreciate it if you could comment on this as part of my consideration of this potential purchase. Thanks a bunch!

    Thanks for your inquiry. According to the owner of this particular unit, the management of the condo is fairly ok and the security is good as well. So far she has no complaints about the maintainance and management of the condo and it’s facilities. Hope that helps!
