OBD Garden Tower Condos for Rent

nice blue poolThis is one exceptionally classy condominium in Taman Desa which was developed by a Japanese company about 15 years ago. Called OBD Garden Tower, this place is popular amongst the Japanese as it was marketed exclusively to the Japanese expats then. Today the majority of the occupants are still Japanese although you will spot some Caucasians and well heeled locals by the poolside.

We have 2 units for rental. Both have 3 rooms and are in Block A. Both units have a quite a big area at the back of the kitchen which can be used as a drying , store or laundry area. The sizes of the units are 1,628 sf.

Unit 1 is unfurnished but it has built-in wardrobes, kitchen cabinets and air-conds. Rental is cheap at RM2,000 per month. If you require furniture, that can be arranged with a slight increase in rent.

Unit 2 is fully furnished with built-ins as well. Rental is only RM2,800 per month.

Oh yeah, health club membership is given free, you just pay the monthly subscription.

OBD is well maintained and security is good. Access to the lift lobby is through a security code only.

It has a big swimming pool, bakery, grocery store, a Japanese health club and even an exclusive tailor for men! If you are looking for a decent place to stay in Taman Desa with ‘well behaved neighbors’, this is the place.

If you are familiar with Taman Desa then you know the fantastic access that this place has. You are never too far from KLCC, PJ (Mid Valley), Bangsar and Seremban. All the major highways are around it.

    • Hi Cynthia,

I don’t have any 2 rooms for rent and I don’t think you will find any units here going for less than RM2k.
